Hunting FAQs

Headhunters. Executive Recruiters. Whatever.

Just don't call us late for dinner!

At Cannibal Central we know that looking for that new position with just the right company can be both exciting and overwhelming. If this is your first job-hunting expedition utilizing a Headhunter (a.k.a. executive recruiter, executive researcher, HR specialist, etc.) you may have some questions.

Q. How do I register my resume with Cannibal Central?

A. Just click "Contact Us". Attach your resume and send it to: resumes@cannibalcentral.com.

Q. Am I under any obligation once I register my resume with Cannibal Central?

A. No. The employer is our client and responsible for all fees. Registering your resume simply allows us to add it to our database. We can then automatically match you with any job opportunities that may be available now or that arise in the future.

Q. Will my current employer know I'm looking?

A. No. All information is kept strictly confidential. We will ask your permission before sending your resume to any prospective employers.

Q. When will I hear from a Cannibal Central Headhunter?

A.
You've heard the expression "Don't call us. We'll call you."
It was coined by the first headhunters back in prehistoric times and it's alive and well in today's age of technology. We will contact you for an in depth interview only if we have a position you are qualified for. Don't despair. Our many years in the industry and numerous relationships present us with new opportunities daily. In some instances, you may be contacted to give your permission for us to "market" you. This might occur if we did not have a client match for you but felt, due to specific talents, we could place you.

Q. What do I do once a Cannibal Central Headhunter
contacts me?

A. Our team will walk you through the process. In the meantime see Happy Hunting Hints for more information.
